Kevin, feeling very sad and lonely after spending his first day in a new junior high school meets a young girl on his bus ride home who drops a pencil and suddenly disappears. Is this mysterious young girl a ghost of a girl who died on a bus years before? Why is she so adamant that Kevin learn bus safety rules? Like many films from the late 1970s and early 1980s, this film uses supernatural elements to keep kids' attention.
